ISP is a specialist manufacturer of X-ray analysis instruments. We hold expertise in both X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analysis and Micro Computed Tomography (μCT), and we deliver optimal solutions for production management and quality control through custom in-line applications.

X-ray fluorescence analysis is a non-destructive technique for determining elemental composition. It applies across a wide range of industries — plastics, metals and alloys, cement, petroleum, energy and environmental testing, as well as plating thickness measurement — delivering fast, reliable results through our proprietary software for analysing material composition and the thickness of single- and multi-layer thin films.

Micro Computed Tomography produces 2D and 3D X-ray images at micron and sub-micron resolution. It allows the internal microstructure of a product to be examined without destroying it, which makes it invaluable for analysing semiconductors, sensors, biosensors and small animal specimens.
