How we handle personal data at ISP Instruments (India Private Limited). Last updated 18 July 2026.
In short: the only personal data we collect is what you type into our enquiry form, and we use it to answer your enquiry. We do not use cookies, we do not run analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by ISP Instruments (India Private Limited) ("ISP India", "we", "us"), the Indian office of ISP CO., LTD. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), we are the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected through this site.

2.1 Information you give us
If you submit the enquiry form on our Contact page, we collect:
| Field | Required | Why we need it |
|---|---|---|
| Name | Yes | To address you correctly in our reply |
| Email address | Yes | To reply to your enquiry |
| Message | Yes | To understand what you are asking about |
| Company | No | To understand your application and industry |
| Phone number | No | To call you back if you prefer |
| Product of interest | No | To route your enquiry to the right specialist |
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you submit the form, our server also records:
- the page you submitted from and the country your request came from, so we can respond in the right context and time zone;
- the date and time of submission.
We do not store your full IP address, and we do not build a profile of you or track you across websites.
2.3 Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no session tracking and no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
One third-party request is made: web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts
(fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Your browser's IP
address is necessarily visible to Google in order to serve those files. Google states it
does not use Google Fonts requests to build advertising profiles. If you would prefer to
avoid this entirely, a browser extension that blocks third-party font loading will not
break this site.
3. Why we use your data, and on what basis
We use the information above for one purpose only: to receive, understand and respond to your enquiry, including sending you product information, pricing or a quote you have asked for.
Under section 6 of the DPDP Act, our lawful basis is your consent, given when you choose to submit the form. Submitting the form is entirely voluntary — you can instead phone or email us directly.
We do not use your data for marketing campaigns, newsletters or automated decision-making, and we will not add you to a mailing list on the strength of an enquiry.
4. Where your data is stored
Enquiries are stored in a database operated by Cloudflare, Inc., which provides our website hosting and data storage. The database is provisioned in the Asia-Pacific region. Cloudflare acts as our Data Processor and processes this data only on our instructions.
Because Cloudflare is a global provider, your data may be processed on infrastructure located outside India. We rely on Cloudflare's contractual data-protection commitments for such transfers. The DPDP Act permits transfer outside India except to territories the Central Government restricts by notification; we will comply with any such notification.
If we later enable email notification of enquiries, a copy of your submission will also be transmitted through our email provider for the sole purpose of alerting our team.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We share it only with:
- our hosting and storage provider, as described in section 4;
- ISP CO., LTD (Republic of Korea) and its authorised offices, where your enquiry concerns a technical question, warranty matter or specification that must be answered by the manufacturer;
- a public authority, where we are required to disclose by law or by an order of a court or competent authority.
6. How long we keep it
We retain enquiry records for 24 months from your last contact with us, so that we have the history if you come back to us about the same instrument. After that, or sooner if you ask us to erase it, the record is deleted.
Where a longer period is required by law — for example if an enquiry becomes an order and tax or accounting rules apply — we keep only what that law requires, for only as long as it requires.
7. Your rights
As a Data Principal under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:
- Access — obtain a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is being processed;
- Correction — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected or completed;
- Erasure — have your data deleted, unless we are required by law to keep it;
- Withdraw consent — at any time, as easily as you gave it. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out, and may mean we can no longer answer an open enquiry;
- Grievance redressal — see section 9;
- Nomination — nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.
To exercise any of these, email info@nucleusxrf.com. We will respond within a reasonable period and in any case within the timelines prescribed under the DPDP Act and its rules. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act, so that we do not disclose one person's data to another.
8. How we protect it
The site is served entirely over HTTPS, so anything you submit is encrypted in transit. Access to stored enquiries is restricted to the personnel who need it to respond to you, and is protected by the access controls of our hosting provider. The enquiry form collects no payment details, no identity-document numbers and no sensitive personal data — and we ask that you do not send such information through it.
No system is perfectly secure. In the event of a personal data breach we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected Data Principals as required under the DPDP Act.
9. Grievances
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, contact our Grievance Officer:

10. Children
This is a business-to-business website for industrial analytical instruments. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect the personal data of anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, contact us and we will delete it.
