  • Cannot connect to the power port.

    This message occurs when the drivers for the hardware devices are not fully recognized after the device has been powered on.

    If you run the program about 10–20 seconds after turning on the device, you will be able to use it without any issues.

  • A screen from a camera other than the device’s camera is displayed.

    This issue occurs when other imaging devices are installed on the user’s PC or laptop.

    If you disable the other imaging devices, or disable the first-listed imaging device in the Device Manager, the correct screen from the device’s camera will be displayed.
